PANA (N Phenyl 1 Naphthylamine) is used in jet engine lubricants, both for commercial and military uses. It is also used in turbine oils and miscellaneous lubricants and greases. Small quantities are used to make polymers which are then used in lubricants, as well as for consumption in the rubber industry.
Sulfanilic acid is used as an intermediate to make higher value-added products. Industrial applications for sulfanilic acid include its use as an intermediate for the production of paper brighteners and concrete plasticizers. NFC’s pure grade of sulfanilic acid is also used to make food dyes and pharmaceuticals.
